In the middle of September, 2019 Oracle started the voice assistant for business of Oracle Digital Assistant. Now clients of Oracle can use voice commands for management of corporate applications using dialogue AI.
Oracle Digital Assistant uses AI with deep semantic analysis for natural languag processing (NLP), a natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning (ML). This combination allows Oracle Digital Assistant to understand commands and also to reveal and study templates of behavior of the user actively to work from his name.
Oracle Digital Assistant is a tool which allows employees of large enterprises without knowledge in the field of programming to be integrated into a working environment and business processes.
The voice assistant to Oracle for business has the dictionary specific to the enterprise and its activity, processes advanced queries and takes information from all available corporate applications, responding to the user's requests. Oracle Digital Assistant understands difficult linguistic constructions. Besides, the voice assistant to Oracle is capable to distinguish abbreviations and highly specialized terms which are used only by employees of specific industry.
Oracle Digital Assistant can be connected at the same time to several internal systems, and users I interact only with the digital assistant who obtains all necessary information from reference books, expenditure management systems or other corporate applications, including Oracle Cloud Application. Oracle Digital Assistant can be also unrolled in popular dialogue interfaces, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook Messenger, WeChat and via voice interfaces, such as Siri and Alexa.[1]
