Oracle Identity Governance Suite

The Oracle corporation announced in the fall of 2012 of Identity Governance Suite, a software package for administration of accounts and access rights for business applications and platforms. A system is the key Identity Management 11g component of Release 2, a single platform of Oracle for management of identification data.

According to in Oracle, Identity Governance Suite will allow the organizations to minimize participation of IT personnel in management processes and and optimization of identification data, providing to auditors, administrators, business managers and employees simple self service features and the analytical reporting.

The solution includes the system of "correction with a feedback" which allows administrators or the controlling party to automate cancellation of powers of access to direct systems. Management of exclusive access gives the chance only to authorized users to get access to crucial and especially vulnerable applications. The configured interface provides users with self service features and standard interfaces for problems of providing access, the analysis of identification data and management of exclusive access. Expanded support of observance of legislative arrangements helps to control and confirm observance of the regulatory requirements connected with determination and tracking of accounts with the right of exclusive access to vulnerable data.

On October 14, 2013 the Oracle corporation announced improvement of Oracle Identity Governance.

As a part of the new version of Identity Governance Suite the integrated tool for management and control of Identity Auditor. It integrates data on the granted access rights and on certification of access rights in special storage thanks to what the operating changes are always updated in the course of the periodic campaigns for review and additional confirmation of access rights.

Improvements in Identity Governor User Interface and functionality of Lifecycle Management on management of lifecycle of identification data expand possibilities of setup of "a type and feeling" of the interface focused on the business user. In a system Access Request Catalogue — the directory of requests of access for access control to business applications appeared. Access control can be also strengthened by application of XACML - compatible the politician.
