On July 29, 2015 Oracle provided for the enterprises of retail Oracle Retail Insights Cloud to improve operational processes and customer service quality, by means of the analysis of the major indicators.
Oracle Retail Insights services provide to merchandisers, marketing specialists and analysts role panels of monitoring which provide data for adoption of crucial operational solutions.

Solutions as a part of Oracle Retail Insights Service are created on a technology platform of Oracle Business Intelligence, they provide to users flexibility for creation of own reports and offer mobile expansions. For July 29, 2015 services are available:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising Insights Cloud Service provides the broad picture of sales, profits, efficiency of pricing, commodity indicators and influence of seasonal factors that considerably improves solutions on promotion of goods.
- Oracle Retail Customer Insights Cloud Service helps to improve service quality of buyers, combining data on them with data on key indicators of retail sales (for example, goods, pricing, promotion and placement of goods). Thus, on the basis of a set of indicators the complete picture is provided.
- Oracle Retail Advanced Science Insights Cloud Service provides the analysis of a consumer basket. Service helps to define the "related" goods purchased together, effects of popularity of the commodity brand ("aura") and new goods ("cannibalization"), performance indicators of shops relatively each other.
