Description
Oracle Utilities Analytics contains the built-in dashboards. They are created to assist the enterprises of power and housing and public utilities in reduction of time of response to accidents and providing information to consumers during hurricanes, control of devices of the smart power supply network.
- Information and analytical control panels the main events help to reduce time of response to accidents and to provide more exact information to consumers during strong hurricanes. Utilities Analytics 2.5 will provide to the enterprises control of accidents of different types: falling of transmission lines, flooding of storages on regions and to identify where effects of accidents for consumers can become especially critical, for determination of priorities to groups of abnormal reaction.
- Customers have an opportunity to control the status of mobile teams in scales of all serviced territory, to get access to indicators of reliability of IEEE in the mode close to real time that allows to make effective decisions.
- Information and analytical panels of control of devices help to monitor state-of-health data of devices in the smart power supply network (smart grid). The technological solution will help to control a status of a guarantee for metering devices and managements, updating of software and hardware tools, execution of requirements for inventory of resources, the number of the devices which are not corresponding to specifications.
- Account management dashboards, the credits and debts provide the power enterprises with management of exceptions when forming accounts, payment schedules, order of payment execution and templates of debt collection for ensuring timely submission of exact accounts, increase in coefficient of debt collection and reduction of irrevocable debt.
