Short description of a system

The end-to-end information system OrganicERP is the software solution for automation business proyetsssov the enterprises of small and medium business. A system is developed by Fast Finance company for the purpose of filling of a niche of available ready-made complete solutions for automation of the enterprises of spheres of construction, production, B2B of services and in general any enterprises with practice of maintaining projects.

From one party, OrganicERP allows the enterprises to automate in a uniform information field management accounting, including using the innovation budgeting subsystem, document flow (EDMS), personnel management (HRM), customer relation (CRM), time management and tasks (TimeManagement), project management (PM), inventory management and other functions. It, in turn, can help to bring order at the enterprise and to increase transparency of cash flows for the management and at manifestation of a sufficient will of top management considerably to increase efficiency business of processes and as a result - the cost of the customer organization. System architecture: three-level. The possibility of remote access is implemented.

On the other hand, OrganicERP – is the interactive instrument of corporate communication for employees, thanks to such instruments of communications as the integrated info tapes, a project forum, the system of notifications of users, the system of authority delegation and tasks, an organizer and others.

Functionality

The automation system of management accounting provides to the staff of financial service and heads:

  • Select up to 3 modes for accounting at the same time: It will allow to prepare the different reporting for different users of a system — for example, the management reporting and the reporting under IFRS.
  • Keep account on several enterprises as a part of holding at the same time
  • To automatically create transactions and postings on the basis of finance documents
  • Perform exchange of finance documents, reference books and postings with a 1C system, avoiding manual entry.
  • To automatically accrue the payroll
  • To automatically accrue the taxes connected with the salary
  • To automatically charge depreciation by any of four methods
  • To automatically distribute indirect costs according to different schemes
  • Determine the volume of work in progress and write off costs
  • Keep the cost accounting and work in progress not only in amount-based, but also in kind that allows to determine precisely volumes of the costs which are written off in cost value of the turned-out products
  • Make closing of the periods and procedural procedures connected with it (in particular, automatic calculation of exchange differences)
  • Define a financial result of the period


The system of the management reporting and analysis allows users of any qualification among other things:

  • to independently design and generate any financial statements with any extent of detailing, operating with all possible parameters of a system
  • see in reports reflection of information which is just added to a system instantly online (unlike systems using a tekhnolgiya of OLAP)
  • use means of analytics: set any formulas for calculation of values of separate report cells (and not just lines or columns, to build diagrams and charts, including 3D)
  • Obtain operational information about a business status via the main indicators
    • Build consolidated statements on the separate organizations or for holding in general
    • Analyze profitability of separate products, projects or divisions
    • Analyze dynamics and a cost structure

Budgeting system

Among the most interesting features of a budgeting system of OrganicERP it is possible to select:

  • Budgeting of agreements.
  • An opportunity to use at once two cuts (BDDS and income and expense budget) for planning in one budget
  • Budgets on the basis of the user positions: on divisions separately can also have any extent of detailing.
  • Possibility of selection individual access rights on each type of the budget

The subsystem of electronic document management of Organic ERP solves at the same time several fundamental problems:

System architecture: three-level. The server of the following configuration is necessary for work of the ERP system of Organic:

  • minimum requirements to the hardware: Intel of the Core 2 Duo of 2 GHz, RAM of 2048 MB of DDR, HDD 160 Gb
  • operating system: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 above
  • DBMS: A Microsoft SQL Server of 2005 (is not included in the delivery)

It is necessary for installation of a client part of the application:

  • workstation of the minimum Intel Pentium III configuration of 1 GHz, RAM of 512 MB and above
  • set at Microsoft. net Framework workstation 3.5 (it is distributed for free)
