Multi-level planning of resources both in medium-term, and in the short term

Accumulating information on technology transactions and the equipment, routes, specifications of products and having data of forecasts and unconfirmed orders, a system allows to make the flexible, realistic volume schedule for the medium term which balances loading of capacities of all production. Full-scale synchronization – both all supply chain, and separate items of equipment
When scheduling a system uses a method evristik: from a set of versions of the production plan it is selected optimal, synchronizing actions of all participants of a supply chain, from sale and department of planning and before production and group of logistics. In case of manual adjustment of the schedule (for example, at transfer of transactions from the machine) ORTEMS will check competency of such actions for the machine and will show how the made changes influence all plan. In read minutes the user will be able precisely to estimate effect of emergence of the new urgent order, a delay by supply of raw materials, absence from work of the operator of the line or transition from two-shift to the three-shift diagram.
Detailed reflection of a supply chain in real time
The central element of the system interface, the chart Ganta, allows to reflect all transactions executed by the specific order, to trace as run phases of a task of specific machines what available capacities are involved in work on the order what works are performed on this product are distributed.
