LLC "" was registered to enter the Russian market.Orthosis physician
The project was implemented by the laboratory assistant-researcher of the Department of General Surgery of the Siberian State Medical University Maria Osokina as an alternative to imported hardening bandages. The product is created from domestic materials on domestic equipment, which ensures independence from imported supplies.
In Russia,The orthosis is intended for patients with a serious complication of diabetes mellitus - diabetic foot syndrome, which affects the soft and bone tissues of the foot. A personalized medical device for unloading the lower extremities is created according to the individual dimensions of each patient.
Osokina noted that the development has an affordable cost and allows patients to independently regulate the degree of compression when edema appears. All components are manufactured in Russia, which ensures technological independence from foreign suppliers.
Medical device allows to regulate compression of lower limb in case of edema and effectively for treatment of foot ulcers in any area. The orthosis is created taking into account the individual anatomical characteristics of the patient for maximum therapeutic effectiveness.
The project at all stages was accompanied by the scientific and technological center "Digital Medicine and Cyber Physics" SibGMU. The center has completed a full cycle of technological support - from material selection and 3D modeling to creating a prototype ready for production.[1]
