2019: Start Sales

In early January 2020, Lora DiCarlo spoke about the sale of a micro robot replacing a sex partner. The Osé model mimics fingers, mouth and tongue, combining a G-point massager and a clitoris stimulator.

With its flexible chassis and customizable controls, Osé provides a personalized experience. The clitoris stimulator reproduces the sensation of the lips and tongue above the clitoris head, providing rhythmic movements at one of 10 intensity levels. The G-point massager simulates the touch of the finger, and user settings allow you to set the duration and speed of each type of stimulation relative to the point G. The battery of the device ensures uninterrupted operation for 45-60 minutes. The device is waterproof and can be used in a bath or shower. At the same time, the microbot is made of medical silicone and ABS plastic, that is, it is safe for health.

It is noteworthy that Lora DiCarlo has become one of the few companies working in the field of sex technology that were allowed to present their developments at the CES exhibition. In 2019, the company was first allowed to present the Osé microbot and even presented with an award for innovations in robotics, but later the organizer of the exhibition, the Consumer Technology Association, withdrew the Lora DiCarlo award and permission to perform on the show. Subsequently, the Association changed its decision and returned the award.

The Osé model became available for pre-order at the end of November 2019, and Lora DiCarlo claims that by the end of the year sales amounted to more than $3 million. The cost of a microboat is $290, that is, about 10,000 units were sold. Delivery of goods should begin at the end of January 2020.[1]
