2025: Service Launch
On April 14, 2025, Ozon-Bank announced the launch of Ozon Pay, a payment service. The new Internet acquiring tool offers entrepreneurs a fixed commission of 2.2%, regardless of monthly sales. At the same time, the use of the service does not provide for a subscription fee.
According to the Ozon press service, entrepreneurs will be able to accept online payments on their websites, online stores, applications and social networks from any cards of Russian banks or through the Fast Payment System (FPS). A special advantage for business - 57 million active buyers of the marketplace who have saved card data will be able to pay partners in "one click," without additional entry of bank details.
The service offers several formats for accepting payments thanks to ready-made integration with the popular CMS and API. Among the available solutions are a full-fledged check on the site or in the mobile application, adding the Ozon Pay button to the existing check, as well as generating a payment link in the messenger or email.
The fiscalization of payments is built directly into Ozon Pay - checks are automatically created and sent to customers. Entrepreneurs can enable this option in their personal account without the need to conclude additional agreements with the fiscal data operator or carry out technical integrations.
Dmitry Markosyants, head of the transaction business of legal entities of Ozon-Bank, noted that the company offers entrepreneurs a payment solution at the level of the country's leading marketplace, based on Ozon's almost 30 years of experience in creating a convenient payment system for customers. According to him, this is only the first part of Ozon Pay, and in the future it is planned to expand the functionality using all the technologies and capabilities of the marketplace useful for entrepreneurs. Also in 2025, the company plans to introduce trading acquiring for offline payment.[1]
