PAFES: Personal account of the user

Is the add-on module to any system of the developed PAFES, and third-party developers.

The solution is convenient for operational entities which have software and need to provide customer relation via the Internet.
In search systems it sometimes look for as "A personal account of the citizen", "A personal account of EIRTs", Office of housing and public utilities, "The Internet an office of housing and public utilities" and many other things that is connected with access to the personal account of the tenant via the Internet. To begin to use the LK application of the subscriber there is enough that the workplace was connected to the Internet.
The LX of the subscriber is designed in the form of the clear and functional interface and provides comfortable interaction of the user with any IRTs. The module is held for use also physical persons and legal entities.

The personal account gives the chance "online", or via the mechanism "loadings are unloadings" to organize an information access via the Internet:

• informing citizens (tenants) - the declarations published by Management company, information on rates and standards;
• provide receipts for payment;
• provide statistics of payments and charges;
• organize collecting of meter readings;
• organize payments of services on the Internet - integration with any payment systems which allow to pay the rendered services via the Internet (for example, banks, payment systems, Yandex money or WebMoney);
• organize broadcasting and group notifications to all users.
• integration into any existing program of accounting of services "online", or via the mechanism "loadings are unloadings" data.

When using the module LX separately, as well as when using a complete configuration of the Virtual IRTs application, users get individual data access and to functionality depending on the job responsibilities, on an example for a housing and utilities sector:

• Separation of data access is based on a binding of premises to personal accounts and consolidation of premises in groups;

• Through Personal account users of Virtual IRTs have access to the premises, and also to premises which they rented (owned) in the past, for lease (ownership);

• Administrators of Virtual IRTs can have access both to all premises, and to the preset group of premises.

In addition to gaining access there is separation of users on functionality. It is performed through purpose of roles. Each user can have or one or several roles:

• "The subscriber of IRTs" can use the Personal account, enter indications of metering devices for a current period and change personal settings;

• "Administrator" of the Personal Account can come into any Personal account and perform the same operations, as the subscriber of the corresponding office;

• "The employee of BTI" can manage the register of premises, the register of individual and all-house metering devices;

• "The manager of personal accounts" can manage personal accounts (including to change the number of constantly registered residents in premises of the personal account of the subscriber) and to publish declarations for subscribers;

• "The clerk of IRTs" can manage the register of services and rates, and also to make charges and recalculations.

• "The financier of IRTs" can manage the register of payments.

• "The administrator of IRTs" has full access to functionality of all application "IRTs Housing and Public Utilities" in general.

The LX can separately be used from the IRTs Housing and Public Utilities application as the independent module. Its implementation does not require acquisition of any equipment, programs or licenses. As well as the module LX of the subscriber is purchased by IRTs housing and public utilities as service of lease and paid monthly, like services for providing Internet connection or telephone communication.

The demoversion of the Virtual IRTs Housing and Public Utilities web application and depending on the "role" selected by you is available to testing at an input in the demoversion, you can independently get acquainted with its basic functions:

• see charges, payments, rates;
• try functionality of input of indications of metering devices in the Personal account, see as the amount of charges changes (this function in the demoversion is not available the first day of every month);
• you will be able to print the receipt for payment or to learn in detail as it is possible to pay housing and communal services via the Internet
