PCD3.M56880 is the dual-processor controller for deduction of a system in the mode of "hot" reservation with the synchronization period to 300 ms.

If the working controller fails, reserve picks up process from the following program cycle.

The PCD3.M6880 controller consists of two processors – CPU0 and CPU1. The reserved CPU1 processor is responsible for a program runtime with reservation and for synchronization of data. The CPU0 processor is responsible for communications under open protocols, provides communication between SKADA-sistemoy and process, and can also perform not reserved program with own modules of input-output.

PCD3.T668 controllers are the Smart-RIO devices modified for work with two masters. They provide input-output of field information from sensors/drives using all variety of the modules Saia PCD, support field communications, such as Modbus and DALI, has onboard own Automation server (for connection of HMI).

Modules of input-output of a system allow to execute independently processing and preserving of both controllers given in case of failure or a communication network.

Use of this solution, according to developers, reduces time for programming and commissioning.
