To start use of the solution training is not required in general – everything intuitively. Personnel training, responsible for system operation, can be carried out in only 2 days.

Unlike other solutions our System is focused on use in the structures similar in the organizational principle to public authorities. Distinguishers of similar structures are:

  • Large number of departments (organization units).
  • Departments are territorially separated.
  • In some departments only e-mail is used.
  • Departments have no close interrelation among themselves.
