2020: Representation of a HSS of control of the pump for oil pumping
PNIPU developers found a method to increase performance of oil production and to reduce the price of this process. They create a hardware and software system of control of the pump for pumping of "black gold" and products of its processing. The university reported about it on April 29, 2020.
For April, 2020 in the Russian oil-extracting industry over 85% of pumps - electrosubmersible installations, students tell. The control of the electric motor apply "symbiosis" of foreign technologies and own developments of the companies. These solutions are often inconvenient in use.
Young developers from the Perm Polytechnic University conducted researches and suggested to unify hardware base for process control of frequency regulation by the electric drive. Unlike analogs, the complex represents the monolithic solution. For use it is enough to connect of it to the existing power electronics. The innovation approach allows to reduce risks of emergence of the conflicts of the equipment, to increase quality of regulation and high-speed performance. As developers emphasize, it is a significant factor in process of management of the electric motor. The provided technology will help to increase oil production performance.
In a hardware and software system we use technologies not only from area of electrical equipment, but also from software engineering. For example, in addition to the base processor, we use the math coprocessor that accelerates calculations on orders, – the undergraduate of Microprocessor Automation Equipment department of PNIPU Renat Narbekov tells. |
According to the student, the product will reduce the price of oil production process, integrating components of management of it into a whole. It will control in more detail aspects of control of the electric motor of the pump of the extracting installation. In the future developers are going "intellectualize" a complex using machine learning technologies to predict a status of wells and the equipment.
Students designed all necessary drawings and 3D models which are ready to production. They are going to create the software for all complex. It will serve as "reference point" to start laboratory tests.
