The PROF weight CAR (ZHD) terminal is a software package of automation of accounting, audit and control over weighing of motor transport and cars.

Description

A system executes all existing weighing accounting automation techniques: audit of events and actions of the operator, photo fixing of weighing, automatic weighing without operator, identification of transport, weighing in the movement.

There is a possibility of visual display of the diagram of arrival and a congress of each axis. The static mode of weighing also allows to weigh axes of transport and to separately weigh the road train in parts if it is not located completely on scales. At additional setup the program can be operated with poosny scales of posts of weight control of customs and GAI.

Fiscal magazines of weighings and events

A system keeps the magazine of abnormal and emergency events on scales. The database of magazines to be stored in the general base on the Firebird SQL server. Audit and registration of all actions of the operator and emergency situations in the magazine of registration. Registration of "illegal" drives on scales, date, time and video the picture of an event. Registration of emergency situations.

The event log forms automatically on events of categories - the equipment, weighing and the operator." On a number of events at the time of emergence pictures and diagrams of arrival and a congress from scales are fixed that considerably simplifies analysis of non-staff situations and deliberate interventions in normal system operation.

Fixing of pictures of weighings and events on scales

In a system it is possible to connect four video cameras. Both the analog and network IP cameras (supporting flows of JPEG or M-JPEG) can be video source. In structure with the software of the Line of DevLine Company system an opportunity continuous video of registration and connection of all network IP cameras existing in the Russian market appears exhaustive. At emergence of important events in the fiscal magazine there is also a fixing of a photo of pictures in the database.

Automatic weighing without operator and identification of transport

Software "PROF AVTO weight terminal" has several modes of automatic weighing without operator:

Automatic weighing without the driver's exit from the machine (with recognition of numbers of transport).

• Automatic weighing with the driver's exit from the machine (with recognition of numbers and the panel of weighing);
• Automatic weighing with the driver's exit from the machine (with identification by electronic RFID tags);
• Automatic weighing without the driver's exit from the machine (with identification by electronic tags of distant action);
• Automatic weighing without the driver's exit from the machine and without identification (on a timeout);

A system makes automatic identification of transport. It reduces the human factor influencing errors there is no need to enter number of transport when weighing. It is possible to organize completely automatic mode of weighing (without operator).

Software "PROF AVTO weight terminal" allows to make automatic identification of transport by different methods:

• Identification using electronic RFID of tags. It is possible to connect two readers and to configure individual events of operation of tags;

Control of the additional hardware of automation

The control of the input/output device allows to connect traffic lights, barriers, weighing buttons, transport position sensors. Each input and the output of the input/output device is configured individually in different operation modes.
