The tower with a height of almost 400 meters has a dynamic complex development, in this regard, the tradition of Moscow skyscrapers can be traced, where a massive multi-stage volume thins to the top and opens up differently from each point. This is a tower-city, evolving upward, - described the building Sergey Choban, the head of the SPICH architectural bureau who developed the project.
