2019: Details of superservice

On September 12, 2019 details about Pension Online superservice became known. In it Russians will be able to control, how full and precisely the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (PFRF) collects necessary for pension accrual.

The essence of service is that people since 45 years will be able to learn about the working life and earnings — two indicators which are considered at determination of the amount of pension.

If they find errors in the data collected by officials, then will be able to report about it and achieve their correction even before award of pension while by September, 2019 similar trials happen already upon retirement.

At the same time in Ministry of Labor added that situations when the fund requests additional documents from the citizen are possible and to cause on a personal meeting in department of fund. However such cases "will be excluded as much as possible", specified in department. Professor of department of personnel management of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Alexander Safonov noted that the error probability in these people is rather big.

As reported the edition in RPF in September, 2019, most of Russians prefer to interact with the Pension fund through electronic services. So, in 2018 the application for payments was submitted online of 72% of citizens. From 1.6 million electronic applications of 1.3 million granted without the personal address. In other cases citizens needed to come to department of RPF — for example to show originals of documents.[1]
