Appointment

A system is intended for support of settlement between operating companies, including the operators of transit nodes of communication and telecom operators providing services to end users.

Allows to make calculations for different services (transfer of transit traffic, lease of channels and the equipment, etc.), to generate reports and to draw up accounts on results of billing. Can independently work or together with a billing system of the operator.

Briefly

PETER-SERVICE ITC performs call processing, arriving in the form of files with accounting records from switches, "recognition" of calls on the basis of the normative reference information, accumulation of the same amounts, calculation of cost of the saved-up amounts of the transferred traffic and the provided services.

The cost of the services which are not connected with transfer of traffic is calculated also on the basis of the normative reference information.

Based on the carried-out calculations reports are provided to partners, or bills are made out.

Features

  • Support of different payment methods taking into account volumes of the transferred traffic. For each partner calculations are performed according to individual processing rules of calls, accumulation of the same volumes, carrying out billing;
  • Processing of accounting information on calls of a different type, including "intellectual" services (for example, service "non-charge call" ("Service 800", Freephone);
  • Payment of cost of the rendered services in any currency;
  • Formation of accounts in national language of the partner;
  • Accumulation of statistical information on volumes of calls and statistical analysis;
  • Calculation of cost of services in transfer of traffic depending on its route;
