2020: Start of electrobicycles from Peugeot
At the end of July, 2020 announced Peugeot release of electrobicycles. Most of them are supplied with engines of Bosch and accumulators which are enough for the route 110 km long. Latest models of eT01 Crossover D9, D10 Equipped and FS steel (released in two options).
The D9 electrobicycle is delivered in three sizes with two different types of a frame - Sport and Mixt as they are called by Peugeot. It is equipped with the Bosch Active Line engine installed in the middle and the Bosch PowerTube battery of 400 W-h which is built in a frame. Aluminum wheels are enveloped in the 29-inch buses Hutchinson Python 2 which have thorns for the best coupling with the road on each side. The compact folding model easily finds room in a luggage carrier of the car and is convenient for transportations in public transport. The price of D9 is €2499 (about $2930).
D10 Equipped has the most part of characteristics of D9, but is delivered complete with lobbies and tail LED lamps, guards, a folding footboard and a luggage carrier. This model is equipped with the Bosch Performance CX engine with a torsional moment of 63 Nanometers, the PowerTube battery with a power of 500 W-h and the 27.5-inch buses Python 2. D10 Equipped costs €3299 ($3970).
Two FS models are delivered only with a sports frame and offer the complete suspender for the soft course. The standard electrobicycle is equipped with the Bosch Active Line engine, the PowerTube storage battery of 400 W-h and the 29-inch buses Python 2. This model costs €3299.
The FS Equipped option received the Performance Line engine with a torsional moment of 60 Nanometers, the PowerTube battery with a power of 500 W-h and 27.5-inch buses. This model is delivered with lamps, guards, a folding footboard and a luggage carrier for €3999 ($4690).
New electrobicycles already went on sale at dealers of Peugeot company.[1]
