2020: Philips Respironics V60
The Respironics V60 medical ventilator with accessories is intended for auxiliary ventilation of lungs in the continuous or alternating mode to the patients needing mechanical ventilation with function of preparation of air-oxygen mix or without it.
The ventilation modes for December, 2020
- CPAP - Constant positive pressure in airways. On a breath and an exhalation the constant set pressure.
- BiPAP S/T is spontaneous / forced time supervision. Using BiPAP the patient receives the set pressure at a breath (IPAP) and previously set pressure at an exhalation (EPAP). It is also possible to set the reserve frequency of breath. In case of a spontaneous breath time of a breath and exhalation is defined by the patient. For forced breaths the patient is given preset time of a breath.
- AVAPS (support by pressure of average volume). The improved therapy using AVAPS. The algorithm AVAPS also guarantees that pressure of IPAP is automatically regulated up to the set respiratory volume. AVAPS always provides optimal pressure in due time, depending on needs of the patient.
- PCV is ventilation with regulated pressure. In this BiPAP ST mode both the forced, and spontaneously initiated breath is performed with previously determined breath time.
- PPV (ventilation with proportional pressure). In this mode of spontaneous breath support by pressure from the ventilator is proportional to respiratory effort of the patient. This optimal approach to physiological spontaneous breath of the patient, also increases comfort of use. The patient it is possible to separate quicker from the ventilator - ventilation time is reduced.
