Program for calculation of a residual resource of pipeline systems

The program is intended for calculation of a residual resource of elements of the pipeline under the influence of corrosion and erosive influence and by the opportunities has no domestic analogs.

Use of the program allows to increase safety of operation of pipelines at reduction of labor costs at an analysis stage of results of diagnostics (measurements of thickness).

The program is delivered with the database of mechanical characteristics of materials of a pipe depending on temperature.

The program allows to execute the following types of calculation:

• Calculation of a gamma percent residual resource in the conditions of corrosion and erosive wear of a wall. The wear is considered as linear process in time with normal distribution of speed of wear on pipeline elements. Accounting of the degrading properties of material is possible.

* Calculation of a residual resource of the pipeline according to the statistics failures of its elements. It is supposed that pipes and pipe parts are a set of homogeneous elements with accidental dispersion of mechanical properties and external influences. This type of calculation allows to consider ulcer corrosion of elements of the pipeline.

• Calculation of a time between failures of the pipeline after hydraulic tests by elevated pressure. In calculation variation in overload coefficient is possible at hydraulic tests.

Calculation is carried out according to:

• "Technique of the probabilistic assessment of a residual resource of process steel pipelines" approved by Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia 1/11/1996.
• Industry standard 153-39.4-010-2002 Technique of determination of a residual resource of oil and gas pipelines and pipelines of head constructions.
• The "Technique of complex diagnosing of technical condition and probabilistic assessment of a residual resource of oil-field pipelines" approved by Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia 1/11/2001.
• RD 10-400-01 "Calculation regulations on durability of pipelines of thermal networks". Are approved by Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia 2001.
• RD 50-690-89 Reliability in the equipment. "Valuation methods of indicators of reliability on experimental data". Methodical instructions. GOSSTANDARTOM of Russia are approved, it is entered 1/1/1991
