2025: Presentation of the "Digital Twin of the power Facility" Solution

The IT company "Energodvoynik" in 2026 will bring to the market and begin introducing its product - "Digital Twin of the power Facility" (IS TSDOE). The company began developing the solution with the support of the Innovation Assistance Fund. The company announced this on March 10, 2025.

According to a Market Research Future study, the global predictive analytics market, which includes the functionality of the software product being developed by Energodvoynik, amounted to $10.15 billion in 2024. At the same time, by 2035, the segment, according to the forecast, will grow to $30 billion.

According to the developers of Energodvoynik, the existing solutions for building mathematical models of power equipment are mainly based on calculating the parameters of the schemes and their iterative refinement, as well as on building energy characteristics. The main drawback of such work: the implementation of software in which specific models are presented, or in engineering calculation environments.

In order to increase the efficiency of assessing and predicting the technical condition of power equipment, the development of IS CDE has begun.

The intelligent system "Digital twin of a power object" is a software product for building digital twins of specific units of energy equipment, developing mathematical and algorithmic support for monitoring and predicting its technical condition.

IS TSDOE will have the following functionality:

  • Calculation of the indicator characterizing the technical condition of the power equipment unit.
  • Calculate the predicted time of occurrence of a defect or failure based on the available digital twin model.
  • The conclusion of recommendations on the type of technical impact and the time of its application, corresponding to a specific forecast technical condition for making decisions on maintenance and repair.
  • Visualization of the thermal scheme with the display of values ​ ​ of technical condition indicators.
  • Reports for the specified period at the user's request.

According to the developers, the use of the developed product - IS TSDOE - will increase the efficiency of equipment use by up to 90-95%, and reduce downtime by up to 2-4%. At the same time, according to calculations, cost reduction due to timely planning of maintenance and repair measures can be 10-15%.

The project business model implies building sales based on the distribution of licenses, as well as work on adapting the software product to the needs of a particular power enterprise. We plan to introduce the product for the first time in 2026. The plans to implement one project in the first year and further at a pace of 2-3 projects per year, "said Igor Salov, head of Energodvoynik LLC.
