Power supply system

The Energosistema Complex of Technical Means (CTM), is intended for creation of information measuring systems (AIIS) for commercial and technical accounting of all types of energy carriers: electrical energy and power, thermal energy with steam and water, natural and technical gases, a hot and cold water.

The principles of creation of the AIIS KUE based on KTS "Power supply system" for the purposes of calculations in wholesale and retail market of the electric power and power

Such the AIIS KUE are under construction according to the simple two-level scheme (counters on substations - the center of the AIIS KUE), without, so-called, "collecting devices and data transmissions" (USPD) and allow:

• reduce balance of the electric power and power on 30 sec. / 3 min. intervals;
• predict deviations from the stated hourly diagram of consumption/electricity production and power;
• control instant parameters of the electric network;
• control parameters of quality of the electric network in accordance with GOST 13109.

The Skeleton diagram of the two-level AIIS KUE based on KTS "Power supply system" for the purposes is provided on fig. 1:

• calculations in the wholesale and retail electricity markets and power;
• forecasting of a deviation from the stated hourly diagram of consumption/electricity production and power.

About observance of hourly diagrams of consumption/electricity production

Rules of the wholesale and retail electricity markets require observance by each enterprise of the hourly diagrams of consumption/electricity production stated to them. KTS "Power supply system" gives an opportunity of operating control of observance of the stated hour diagram - the cycle of poll of digital interfaces of counters makes 15 seconds and 3 minutes.

Amount of works on creation (upgrade) of the AIIS KUE ORE

During creation (upgrade) of the AIIS KUE of the enterprise for the purposes of calculations in the wholesale market of the electric power (WMEP) strictly certain amount of works should be executed. At those enterprises where Power Supply Systems and Automatic Equipment LLC was received by the Act of compliance of JSC ATS of the AIIS KUE, the complete list of works on creation of the AIIS KUE ORE was executed.

THE CENTER OF THE AIIS KUE OF THE ENTERPRISE BASED ON KTC "POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM"

Are a part:

• information complex (IC);
• technical means for the organization of the selected and switched channels of contact with power meters;

common timing system.

Electricity metering:

• on a two-part rate, with registration of exceeding of the set power limit;
• on the rate differentiated on zones of day with the exceptional tariffs in days off and holidays;
• work in the mode of temporary restriction of power;
• parallel maintaining indications of calculating mechanisms of counters of the electric power and issue of indications at the moment, beginning current and beginning of last month (settlement period)

Information representation:

• automatic generation of the set documents with the period 15 sec., 3, 5 or 30 minutes, day or month;
• preserving of documents on a disk during necessary time;
• the built-in generator of documents allowing to change form and content of reports, diagrams, symbolic circuits

Data protection:

• 100% duplication of data for protection against accidental failures in data modification process;
• calculation of checksum of files on an original algorithm for detection of the damaged files;
• 20 passwords in two levels of protection of initial data against unauthorized access

The software allows:

• make operating control from any computer of a local computer network;
• convert any information which is stored in a system into a standard format of databases for transfer to a system of accounting of the top level;
• make automatic correction of an error of system hours, to automatically put system clock on daylight and winter saving time;
• quickly (within several minutes) to make reconfiguration of an information collection system, to connect or switch-off channels without stopping of a system.

Operating systems are Windows XP, MS DOS, the Used DBMS are the MS SQL Server of 2000

The device service (the security timer) is connected to the RS-232 IVK interface and provides:

• detection of "hangups" of IVK and signal output of restart of RESET through the interval set by the user;
• binding of system time of IVK to exact astronomical time on signals from a radio network, the radio receiver, the GPS receiver.
