Preferentum is a platform for analyzing unstructured information using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

2024: Product Line Expansion

SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) has updated the Preferentum product line, which entered the vendor's circuit in April 2023: not only technological services, but also high-level functional solutions for processing text information and digitalizing a number of specific business processes in organizations have been developed. A further expansion of the set of product solutions is expected. The company announced this on January 16, 2024.

"Preferentum" is a platform for intelligent processing and analysis of text information based on ML and algorithmic rules. It searches, classifies and checks unstructured data for compliance with the rules, identifies its meaning and compares it with other materials. It is a class of Text Mining and Natural language processing (NLP) systems.

The Preferentum line includes technology services that customers use to enrich their own information systems with additional capabilities in the field of working with text:

• Documents - intelligent search for documents, highlighting terms and concepts of the subject area, building ontologies;
• Marker.ru - formalization and processing of data, selection of entities;
• Classifier - classification of documents and streams of unstructured information (for example, calls to the hotline, letters from citizens, etc.);
• RBT - configuration and presentation in the form of unified web services of sets of rules for checking and processing documents.

Platform services are included in the Unified Register of Russian computer and database programs.

In 2023, functional solutions based on existing technologies were introduced into independent products. They are supplemented with sets of rules specific to each of the areas and interfaces for the work of the business user with documents directly in the Preferentum platform. The first systems were:

• "Preferentum Procurement" - a full-fledged digital assistant in procurement: determines the initial (maximum) price, analyzes technical tasks, gives hints when choosing a supplier;
• "Preferentum Yurtekhnika" is a tool for conducting legal and anti-corruption expertise, significantly accelerating the work of the legal service. Checks the compliance of documents with the law, identifies significant conditions, compares versions, automatically generates documents describing the changes made;
• "Preferentum Normokontrol" - analysis and verification of technical documentation for compliance with standards, identification of errors in design.

The update also affected the Preferentum brand, which changed its logo and spelling to Cyrillic.

Thanks to its entry into SL Soft, the Preferentum platform received additional investments and access to technologies that allow you to bring to the market full-fledged functional document processing solutions that are available to the business user immediately after installation and do not require integrations. For January 2024, we are focused on the development of three areas, but there are many other promising areas of activity for the application of the platform. The study also includes, for example, specialized solutions for HR services, services for use as part of EDMS and ECM solutions, services for expanding the capabilities of MDM systems, - said Dmitry Romanov, director of Preferentum, SL Soft (Softline Group of companies).

The Preferentum platform emphasizes three basic technological directions, on the basis of which various application solutions are implemented:
