ProVision

ProVision (the former name — SafeScout) - the radiovolnovy scanner of production of L3 Communications company is used for equipment of check-points of the enterprises and organizations for operational contactless examination of visitors (passengers) and personnel for the purpose of prevention of a bringing of dangerous substances, objects and products from any materials from 3-5 mm in size hidden on a body and in clothes of the person.

Description

The technology of scanning ProVision provides detection of the substances of any consistence, metal wares, a tree, glass, ceramics, plastic, rubber and other materials hidden in clothes and on a body of the person of objects for only 2-5 sec., including condensed.

ProVision radiates radio waves of millimetric range which, without getting through skin of the person, are reflected from it. ProVision scanner radio signal power in 10 thousand times of low power of an emitted signal of the mobile phone also conforms to the known standards of security.

Specific Features

ProVision is developed taking into account requirements to ensuring privacy of the examined citizens. The operator sees the black-and-white image of a silhouette which is not allowing to identify the examined subject on the screen, and function of the software allows to blur the image of the person and intimate zones.

Additional functions of the scanner help to organize remote control examination process, providing impossibility to observe the examined subject for the operator. In case of detection of dangerous substances and products, information on it is transferred to the checkpoint controller, and he takes actions provided by regulations. At a network configuration the operator does not know what of scanners generated the image that gives the additional level of confidentiality.

The received images do not remain after the analysis.
