Solutions of three producers are the cornerstone of the complex product "Automated System " Uniform Service 112 on Duty and Dispatching " (EDDS-112)": own unique information system for services 112 "The Promtekh Group holding company; call center of Infinity which developer is the Weathervane Sale company; the digital IP PBX of Agathe UX and the certified SPRUT-7 recording system from "AGAT – the Russian Technologies".
The first project based on this system was organized in 2009 in the city district Khimki to which residents the unique opportunity of receiving the operational help and support of the emergency operational services in the arisen emergencies using the uniform short number was provided.
The call center implements the following functions:
- the round-the-clock call acceptance from the population
- reservation of communication channels
- complete statistics on calls, including a call recording with operators
- the organization of service of automatic call-down of group of subscribers for the purpose of necessary informing
- automatic registration and distribution of requests from the population
- GPS monitoring of mobile teams
