Q-DIRECT

Q-DIRECT is the simplest and economic option of a management system for queue. It is a new, wireless system which helps to organize correctly queue, reducing waiting time in queue. It is especially good for the organizations in which halls many operational points (jobs) hold, but there is not enough space for a long queue. It can be such organizations as ticket offices, places of registration, cashing in points.

One more plus of this system – its compactness. Thanks to ergonomic design the wireless terminal of the size of a palm can be also fixed on a wall or a table.

Principle of system operation

The client gets in a queue (or takes the coupon if their preliminary preparation is provided) and is located in the waiting room.

Then clicking of the Following button on the wireless terminal performs informing on the released window (or dialing of the visitor).

At the time of a call of the next client the sound signal is distributed, and the main board highlights number of a workplace (or the customer number) and to the shooter, specifying the direction of a window. The additional board which can be set at each workplace blinks, drawing attention and helping the client to orient quickly.
