Q-net is a management system for queue.

The management system for Queue of "Q-net" is intended for automation of process of service of visitors. It manages all process of service of the visitor: from the setting moment in queue until service on all questions interesting him. Thanks to the built-in algorithms optimizing process of service and allowing to do this process transparent holding time of the person in queue is serviced.

Main opportunities of e-queue systems of Q-net

There are four modifications of a management system for queue of "Q-net": Basic, Basic Plus, Standard, Pro. It allows to choose for the customer an optimal management system for queue without overpayments for not used functionality.

Management systems for queue of "Q-net" Basic, Basic Plus and Standard are completely autonomous and do not need neither the software, nor the separate server, however, it allows to use basic (for versions of Basic and Basic Plus) or standard (Standard) opportunities of SUO.

The version of Pro relies on the PC and special Q-net software, managing a system. It allows to use all opportunities of SUO, to add any other necessary functionality which can be necessary for the customer. Manufacturing company "SPB ltd." developed 4 Management systems for Queue of Q-net which completely satisfy customers needs:

  • Q-net Basic is budget autonomous system of an electronic queue with one transaction;
  • Q-net Basic Plus is a budget e-queue system, but use to three transactions allows;
  • Q-net Standard is a management system for queue for most of clients. There is everything that is required for the majority of Systems: up to 32 services, 3 languages (besides, not only a menu output, but also an output of voice maintenance and even support of the Arab digits on matrix boards if the Arab digits are specific to the selected language), readdressing, a call by number, postponement of the visitor and many other things;
  • Q-net Pro - has all opportunities that at other management systems for Q-net queue, but operates on the PC computing platform and adapts to needs of the customer. In it the set of non-standard opportunities is implemented.


In the Q-net Pro system can be used:

  • any number of touch terminals;
  • any quantity of the main information displays;
  • any quantity of a board of operators;
  • any number of panels of operators.

In the companies where operators service different types of queues, according to the standards and algorithms of service admitted to the organizations, an optimal solution is implementation of an electronic queue of Q-net Pro.

Specific Features

Service modes

A system can work in two modes: continuous (round the clock) or interval (limited operating hours). At the round-the-clock mode numbering is continuous within one day (0:00-24:00).

  • Support up to 5 languages of service
    • the Visitor can select language in which there will be a service on the touch screen (the menu of the choice of queue on the terminal, the text on the coupon, a system will cause to the operator knowing this language including when readdressing to other operator or in other queue).

  • Three services on the coupon
    • If the visitor needs to get in different queues, it is optional to it to take the coupon on each service since in a system the possibility of setting of one number of the coupon is provided in three queues. The software guarantees that the visitor will not be called more than to one operator at the same time.

  • Possibility of readdressing to other window / operator
    • the Q-net Pro System allows to readdress the visitor to other operator or in queue on other service. This option is included by default, but if desired can be disconnected.

  • Call priorities
    • the Q-net Pro System can organize a call of visitors according to the priority level determined for specific queue. It means, visitors with higher priority will be called earlier, than that who have lower priority (even if they arrived earlier).

  • Four modes of a call of clients
    • Process of a call in the normal mode: Call> Confirmation of an appearance> Service> service closing Confirmation> Following call.
    • Process of a simple call: Call> Confirmation of an appearance> Service> Following call.
    • Protsess express - a call: Call> Confirmation of an appearance> Following call.
    • Process of an autocall: the call of visitors is performed in the automatic mode without participation of the operator.

  • Voice notification
    • the Call of the visitor by voice in the language selected by it, for example "Client No. XXX, please, approach window No. XX!".

  • Signal of the waiting visitors
    • If this option is included, the operator console makes a warning sound that to the operator the visitor is delivered in queue (or it was not caused following within about 10 seconds after the previous visitor was serviced).

  • List of waiting
    • the Q-net Pro System maintains "the list of waiting". This option is useful if at service of the visitor it is necessary to suspend process (for example, to filling of forms). In this case, number of queue of the visitor can be placed in the list of waiting (service is suspended and postponed), and the operator can call the following visitor. When it is necessary the postponed number of the visitor it can be called by means of the choice it from the list of waiting.

  • Codes of closing
    • the Code of closing of transaction of service is the function used for statistic reports. Mainly it is necessary when a certain type of queue cannot be selected in separate point for the choice on the terminal or transaction is included into queue and it is necessary to collect statistical data on this transaction. Codes of closing should be predetermined.

For example: the visitor selects queue Car insurance on the terminal. After service is finished – if the option of codes of closing is active – the module of a request will ask the operator to enter the code of closing (for example, 001 – the CMTPL, 002 - DSAGO, 003 - KASKO). Thus, it is possible to receive more detailed statistic report on the rendered services.

  • Support of LDC and plasma display panels
    • a System supports the software of universal multimedia center SH06. If the option "Network Support of LDC and Plasma Display Panels" is included, a system automatically detects attached devices in network.

  • Statistics/centralization of statistics
    • the Module of statistics collects data on system operation which can be browsed on the computer on which the statistical software works. All important statistical details can be reflected in diagrams, operating time of operators, a downtime, number of visitors on days, weeks, months, etc. It is extremely useful opportunity for optimization of work of each of operators and office in general.

In the Q-net Pro system the possibility of collecting, the analysis and consolidation of statistical data from several branches of the organization at the central office is also implemented.

  • Printing of the extent of queue on the coupon
    • By default on the coupon issued to the visitor by a system the number of the visitors expecting a call on this queue before it is printed. If necessary function can be turned off.

  • Giving of a sound signal the terminal that paper will reach a limit soon
    • B the terminal gives to default setting a double alarm when in a paper roll remains 2 (the value is configured) meter before the termination. The signal vanishes after replacement of a roll.

  • Work in standby mode
    • After a certain interval it (is configured) from the moment of the last event in a system the software will transfer a board to a standby mode with the lowered electricity consumption.
