qFlow is service for fast creation of web forms without special knowledge. Feature of service – a possibility of setup of business processing of the received results (document flow). Traditionally, basic opportunities are given free of charge (there are restrictions for the number of users, forms and amounts of data). The cost of paid versions is not high – from 350 to 3000 rubles a month (according to the SaaS model access is provided on a subscription).

The idea of simple service in itself is not new to creation of web forms and work with results, but the designer of processes was available only in heavy corporate applications earlier. Processes allow not only to collect data, but also to organize further work on each result – to issue a task for accomplishment, to approve with the management, to notify responsibles. It is remarkable that if desired, the normal user can deal with a system and configure process in 5-10 minutes.

Application of qFlow is very extensive, but better to understand why such service is necessary and as it works, we will review a couple of examples.

Acceptance of addresses from clients – it is possible to create a form with standard questions and to post it on the website (options are various – from the simple order of "call back" and the request for polygraphy before making an appointment in medical organization or a signing up for the seminar). With results further work – viewing, change, adding, removal and search is possible. The results of filling of forms available in the convenient table can be unloaded in an ex-fir-tree.

Acceptance and request processing from the staff of the company (for example, purchase of the equipment, kants. goods, requests for repair and PC setup). The request can be submitted to the head for approval then it is sent for execution by the responsible.

It is remarkable that each service develops irrespective of others that allows a project team to focus on needs of the audience. In the near future QSOFT promises to integrate the services with each other (having saved independence of everyone).

Now services are integrated by a uniform profile and authorization – having registered on any of projects it is possible to work with the others with the same login (e-mail) and the password.
