QBM-P16S4ADH2SFP is the multiservice subscriber access multiplexer for transfer of the mixed traffic of PDH + Gigabit Ethernet on optical fiber. The device works in different topology: "point-to-point", "star", "ring", "line". The product integrates the traditional PDH multiplexer and 10\100\1000 Mbps of Ethernet.
On May 14, 2015 the QTECH company announced release of the updated model of the optical QBM-P16S4ADH2SFP multiplexer.
QBM-P16S4ADH2SFP, 2015 multiplexer
The multiplexer is capable to transfer from 8 to 16 flows of E1 and four Ethernet of 10\100\1000 Mbps of data transmission channel on an optical line with a speed of 1250 Mbps.
The QBM-P8S4ADH2SFP multiplexer has modular structure and will meet requirements of the customer. The user interfesa of Ethernet supported by the multiplexer:
- one optical interface 10\100\1000 Ethernet (SFP fiber unit);
- three electric interfaces 10\100\1000 Ethernet (RJ45 connector), under the IEEE 802.3 protocol.
In the QBM-P16S4ADH2SFP multiplexer double hot sparing of a line link by means of line optical interfaces 1 +1 is provided. Protective functions automatic switching off of the laser (ALS), remote switching off (RPD), prevention of "cycling" of Ethernet frames in case of installation of "an optical loop", etc. are implemented.
Management on the basis of the command line interface (CLI), under the Telnet/SSH/SNMP protocol is supported. The multiplexer supports VLAN, QoS, ACL, Selective QinQ, Link Aggregation, IEEE802.3ah Ethernet OAM, CFM.
