Qlik GeoAnalytics – adds geographical measurement to analytical software. Visualizes data on dynamic web cards. Interact, select, compare and estimate the selections directly at Qlik Sense.

Tools of geoanalytics will allow to gain an impression of business data taking into account geography, to find new patterns in data and finally to solve problems of effective management of business processes.

2017

The market of applications for geoanalytics undergoes changes. So, at the beginning of January, 2017 the Qlik company announced acquisition of Idevio, the supplier of the geographical decision making support software and resource planning. It is planned that the IdevioMaps expansion which includes Idevio GeoAnalytics for QlikView and Qlik Sense already in the second half of 2017 will be rebranded in Qlik GeoAnalytics and is integrated into Qlik Sense.

The GeoQlik company, one of the leading developers of solutions for geoanalytics, also at the end of last year announced plans for expansion and improvement of a product line. Within this strategy in December GeoQlik 2.0 for Qlik Sense 3.1 offering new opportunities for space detailing of data was provided.

The management of the enterprises can define by geoanalytics more precisely the directions of expansion, estimate business performance in certain localities, regions or districts of the city, considering including presence of competitors and partners. On the basis of data of the geoanalysis it is possible to create a geotargeted advertizing campaign and to perform informing on opening of new outlets and offices, to optimize logistics and the strategy of formation of a product line or line of services.
