The management system for queue an electronic queue of QUICKQ is intended for improvement of customer service in different organizations, for example in banks, employment exchanges, insurance companies, etc.
Along with solving of tasks of management of flows of clients there is an opportunity to create different statistical databases using this system:
- the average time of waiting on each type of service on duration of the working day, week;
- holding time of one client the certain operator for determination of relative efficiency of each operator;
- statistics on service types allowing to define quickly loading of the operator and to distribute them as service.
There are different modifications of the system from idle time providing only promotion of queue to a system with expanded service functions.
Being in "a waiting zone" visitors can prepare necessary documents, get acquainted with models of the correct filling of forms and statements or just to browse the reference books which are available here and to read newspapers. And all this in the absence of "live" queue with all its bad points. The sound signal drawing attention at change of information to a board will not give the chance to clients to pass the queue. There is even an opportunity to print approximate holding time or average time of waiting on coupons. Thanks to it the client can leave if desired the waiting room on the affairs and return by the time of service. It creates additional convenience at a big flow of visitors.
One more advantage of a system is existence of the program of the statistical recording. She fixes work of each operator, allows to analyze the collected data and as appropriate to plan and change work of department depending on a day of the week, a season and requirements of the enterprise. This program collects data on the number of the clients serviced by each worker and department in general at a given time — hour, day, week, month, etc. and also holding time and expectations.

Software consists of the following submodules: The module of the server of an electronic queue – is installed on the registration terminal for the simple systems or on the separate server of an electronic queue for complex systems; The Submodule of the registrar – is established on the registration terminal computer; The Module of the operator – is installed on the PC of operators; The administrator's Module – is installed on the personal computer of the head or chief operator. The module of an output to LCD monitors – is installed on the PC – the media server.
