2021: Inclusion in the Register of Domestic Software

The program for computers "System of objective continuous monitoring" (SONM) of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation is included in the Register of Domestic Software. This was reported on August 3, 2021 in "Automation."

SONM is the development of a subsidiary of the concern - " LLC RGT aimed at analyzing photo and video information from the monitoring object in order to identify its current technical condition, defects and malfunctions in the work. The system can be used in objects, in power industry, construction as well as oilgas transport in areas.

The NCSA principle assumes that the system receives images taken, for example, using unmanned aerial vehicles. Photos are tied to the area and specific monitoring objects established in the system. If there are enough photographs taken with a certain step, an orthophotoplane and a digital model of the terrain are built - they are used to more accurately position the observed objects in space. Images are processed using a number of computer vision, which allow you to find key features of monitoring objects on images. As a result of postprocessing, including 3D reconstruction, the found values are applied to the monitoring object and compared with the settings, based on which deviation messages are created. The processed information is available to the operator in the form of classified snapshots, GIS presentation, 3D reconstruction and many reporting forms.
