In September, 2015 the service of call tracking Calltouch announced acquisition of the automation system of a business intelligence of RO! RS also provided the complex product on its basis focused on owners of business.

"Internet advertizing occupies the most part of marketing budgets of the companies and has a serious business impact. But till today in the Russian market there was no product allowing to control completely marketing processes — from placement of an advertisement before receiving net profit. Therefore we decided to create it" — the founder of Calltouch Fedorinin Mikhail told.

According to representatives of Calltouch, product RO! RS is constructed by the principle of Business Intelligence (the translation of the raw information in a convenient form). The interface displays statistics on all directions, significant for business: to investment volume, the concluded bargains, revenue, losses, conversion of the website, work of call center and sales managers, purchasing departments and customer service. Service gives the chance to make individual analytical model depending on activity and the size of the company. For example, it will be useful for large network of medical clinics to trace higher and higher the ranked indicators whereas the small online store of toys has enough information on the amount of the average check, traffic and conversion of the website, explained in the company.

A system round the clock collects necessary information in the automatic mode that allows to optimize work of personnel, having saved from need of drawing up and reading of routine weekly reports. And thanks to data storage on a cloud platform there is an opportunity to control business processes of any place in the world, having Internet access.
