Complex approach to asset management, reliability and mobile workers

Tasks of routine maintenance and repair for ensuring smooth operation of the equipment face each company. Their effective solution meets a set of obstacles and often requires cardinal review of established practices. Nevertheless, use of the complete solution from RedSys company allows to automate and reduce all processes connected with a MRO and asset management in one system and also to guarantee reliability of industrial equipment at the minimum costs.

The need for process automation of operation and service of industrial equipment arises because of the natural problems leading to ownership rise in price, and equipment downtimes. Depending on needs of the customer in a basis of the complete solution the world-class automation system IBM Maximo or completely Russian development of IDS x360 which is not conceding to the western analogs by opportunities and functionality can be put. Based on the created complex on asset management the RS systems are implemented: Management of reliability of the equipment and RS: Management of mobile crews. As additional components platforms of the Russian and foreign production – Prognoz Platform, by IBM SPSS, IBM Ilog can be used.

In addition to asset management, module RS: Management of reliability of the equipment allows to define key characteristics of the equipment and to plan preventive repairs so that to minimize risks of failure or equipment downtime. RS: Management of mobile crews allows to react most quickly to any incidents and to implement plans with bigger efficiency due to the lack of a binding to the worker the place and transfer of all communications with employees of repair crews on specialized mobile devices.

At implementation of a software package engineers of RedSys make a full integration of a software package with the existing systems, including the module of accounting and tax accounting, the module of budget planning, the module of production planning, the document flow module, the logistics module, the module of personnel records, an APCS, geographic information systems and so on, creating automatic exchange of the most up-to-date information about a status of your production assets.
