RTK IT Plus July 21, 2025 presented an update to the administrative and user interface of the Divo Portal platform - release 5.69.0-3.55.0. The focus is on expanding customization capabilities, simplifying the work with applications and surveys, as well as improving the user experience.

We continue to consistently strengthen the interface and functionality of the platform - adding flexibility, automation and control. Each update is a step towards making processes in organizations more convenient, faster and smarter. One of the central changes was the "Divider" control. It allows you to visually break down long application forms into separate pages. This approach helps to structure large amounts of information and makes navigation in form more understandable. Each partition can have its own name and jump buttons, and the number of such partitions is not limited. This is especially useful in cases where the application consists of several logical blocks and requires step-by-step filling without loss of integrity.

The button designer interface has also undergone changes: now the editing is brought into a separate window, which improves visibility and speeds up interaction with interface elements.

A significant redesign affected the notification template system. A full-fledged section has appeared in the platform, where administrators can create, edit, copy, delete and filter templates. The section interface includes a table with columns "Number," "Title," "Theme," "Created," "Edited" and "Updated," and also supports filtering by the name of the template, topic and name of the employee who made the changes.

For polls and news, you can now set individual reminder schedules. These settings are controlled directly from the card of the corresponding object. Users can go to the "Polls" or "News" section and, by selecting the desired item, set up a notification schedule in a separate window.

This version supports anonymous polling. This feature is activated by one radio button, after which survey participants can send their responses without identification. This is particularly useful for obtaining honest and unbiased feedback.

The updates also affected the user experience. When you select a service in a purchase requisition, the system automatically loads the relevant articles from the Knowledge Base. This helps the user understand the context of the issue faster and reduces the burden on the support service.

In the Download control, file it became possible to set a limit on the maximum size of downloaded files. To do this, the corresponding parameters are added: "Maximum file size" and "Units of measure." By default, the file size is limited to 20 MB - this value is specified when deploying the application. If necessary, the administrator can change it, but the new size must not exceed the maximum allowed value set at the level. servers

The CMDB controller also received important updates. The Required Field radio button is now available, enabling which makes all control attributes mandatory. This makes it possible to increase the accuracy and completeness of the transmitted information. In addition, an advanced logic for displaying and transmitting values ​ ​ has been implemented: it has become possible to directly transfer the ID of the selected object to the application, which simplifies the automation of processes.

Additionally, the shape setting was improved. The "Hide requester" radio button has been added to it, which allows you to disable the display of information about the initiator in the form interface, if necessary.
