Railway Manager

The product of railway the Manager is intended for management of transportations of the company forwarding agent or the transport company (carrier) providing payments for the executed transportations and providing own or leased cars to clients.

The tasks solved by railway the Manager:

• Automation of process of mid-term planning of transportations on the basis of agreements and requests of clients, requirements of subcontractors and other participants of transportation process;
• Automation of process of operational planning of transportations and management of the park of the rolling stock taking into account the current execution of transportations, a status of the rolling stock, scheduled repairs;
• Automation of process of a design, approval and transfer to JSC "Russian Railways" of the resolving and transportation documents;
• Scheduling of the rolling stock, accounting of execution of transportations and transactions with cars on the basis of the operational data obtained from different information systems of JSC "Russian Railways";
• Control of settlement with clients and subcontractors on the planned and executed instructions using the data obtained from different sources, conducting claims activities;
• Automation of accounting of own and leased carriage park, monitoring of technical condition and wagon repairs;
• Automation of efficiency analysis of accomplishment of transportations with a possibility of formation of reporting documents for different activities of the company, including efficiency analysis of transportations by such criteria as the partner and the direction, carrier cost, efficiency of use of the rolling stock;
• Integration with external information systems (with the IC JSC "Russian Railways" and also other information systems of the company) for the purpose of obtaining operational information on all chain of transportation process.
