2018: Expansion of functionality RenLite
On August 20, 2018 it became known that Renaissance of the Credit expanded functionality of information mobile application of RenLite. Data on credit and debit cards became available to users: details, the size of an account balance, for credit cards also the amount of minimum payment and date of introduction of means. Earlier in the application only information on cash loans and purpose-oriented loans of bank was displayed.
Besides, the section Payment methods was finished. Users had an opportunity to select convenient option of introduction of payment proceeding from a geoposition.
There were personal statuses. They are placed on the homepage of the application and in a simple and clear form inform the client on a situation on his product: "we wait for payment", "the payment is made", etc. Also in mobile service RenLite there were data on existence of the personal offer on a cash loan with which conditions it is possible to get acquainted, having ordered a call back from bank.
The listed completions are a part of the project on development of remote servicing systems. The essence of this project is in making all remote services of interaction with bank more convenient, intuitive and most adapted for needs of the specific consumer. The RenLite application is an electronic information assistant who allows to control online the finance without the appeal to contact center of bank. Therefore we aim that this service was fully capable to satisfy the client needs for a part of operational obtaining necessary data on products of bank. The RenLite application is intended only for obtaining information on the credits and cards, all transfers and payments are still available in Internet bank and Renaissance Credit mobile bank.
