Id-Line is a software product that expands the capabilities of an electronic queue terminal through biometric identification. Designed to promptly notify the operator and provide basic information about the client sent to him.

RecFaces announced a biometric product for queue management systems and self-service kiosks on October 11, 2022.

This RecFaces Id-Line product is based on the know your customer (KYC) principle and is intended for banks, visa centers, state and municipal receptions and other organizations in which the queue needs to be managed.

Unlike classic queue management systems, in which ranking is carried out only by the time a ticket is issued, it is possible to add identification in a terminal with an electronic queue. Thus, the system will receive information about the client and can automatically determine its specified status.

RecFaces analysts have carefully studied the requests of the banking sector, "said Sergey Allenov, director of products at RecFaces. We drew attention to the fact that classic WCS are built according to a single principle, which allows you to implement simple scenarios for ranking visitors and distribution by operators. For example, a customer card search can take up to 15% of the working hours of one employee of a particular bank per month. This operation is repeated for each visitor and search minutes are added to hours, hours on days and multiplied by branches. A decision suggests itself: the sooner you find out the client and his request, the less time and "money" will be lost. Identifying a client right when it takes up queue space greatly speeds up service time.

Based on the pilots and successful implementations in the banking sector, RecFaces noted the following: reducing the time to search for each client's card by 30 seconds allows each operator to serve 3 additional clients per day, and personalizing the service for VIP clients increases loyalty and LTV (Lifetime Value) in the long term.
