Thanks to the minimum step to 50 mm a system is ideal for the main types of packaging, such as wrapping by a film, packaging in a cardboard container with edge loading and packing of bulks with molding, filling and closing of packets. A system is also easily integrated into information infrastructure of the producer, providing the analytical data helping to optimize an electric power expense, to keep track of wear of parts and to reduce idle times.

The compact management system for movement of iTRAK 5730 also has the built-in functions of security. Such functions as safe shutdown of a torsional moment, a safe stop of category 1, level of completeness of security 3, efficiency level e and also a possibility of creation of safety zones increase confidence in safe operation of machines. Safety zones, for example, can increase security without damage of performance as the movement out of a safety zone will not be interrupted even after an abnormal stop in a safety zone.

Besides, possibilities of modeling allow users to calculate iTRAK 5730 system performance in advance. Users can also create the digital double who it is possible to use for virtual development, adjustment and demonstration of a system and also for virtual training of operators.
