Description of expansion (Add-On)
TimeSheet is program expansion (Add-On) for Microsoft CRM ensuring more convenient and fast functioning of the consultant of technical support or the sales manager with open tasks in active circulations and requests. The TimeSheet project is integrated into Microsoft CRM — on a site map, in a workplace of CRM there is a new branch of TimeSheet when clicking which the superstructure form opens. On this form all open tasks of this user who is authorized in CRM are displayed. The user of CRM can browse tasks, modify them, delete and note as completed. For each task it is possible to expose time spent for its accomplishment.
The manager of the user can approve the tasks which are carried out by the user and make export of the carried-out tasks to accounting for payment of work of the employee. Creating expansion (Add-On) TimeSheet, we tried to make work with tasks of different addresses of the most convenient and fast.
