Rumi, the Russian developer of the Roomy bots intelligent process control and automation (RPA) platform, presented the next version of Roomy Process Finder on August 16, 2023 - a solution that finds and analyzes the routine tasks of the company's employees for subsequent automation.

The updated version of the platform introduces the functionality of artificial intelligence. Algorithmoneuronic networks identify patterns that affect the automatic decision-making of the system as to whether it is a routine process or not. Digital agents collect and analyze information about human activities in workplaces, and then visualize the results of the analysis about the most problematic processes and the possibilities of their robotization.

Unlike traditional process analytics, which requires expensive and long work by consultants, Process Finder eliminates a number of steps related to manual collection and structuring of the data array. This significantly reduces the time it takes to find and identify inefficient tasks, as well as the cost of a team of analysts. So, instead of conducting interviews and collecting information by analysts for three months or more, the system records the reference execution of each task step for one month and provides data visualization - how many people work with certain tasks and to what extent, in which areas of work employees perform routine tasks and much more.
