2025: Control and Dispatch Cabinets Production Launch
Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions JSC has launched the production of control and dispatching cabinets. The first batch was issued for implementation within the framework of the Digital Resource Supply project at housing and communal services facilities in the city of Obninsk (Kaluga Region). The equipment is installed as part of the reconstruction of water wells and will allow remote monitoring of their operation. Previously, such equipment was purchased by the company from third-party manufacturers. Rosatom announced this on March 6, 2025.
Control and dispatching cabinets are designed to automate the control of pumping equipment in the Digital Water Channel system. The product is produced in five versions, differing in composition and connection depending on the pump power. To start production, the working group designed an electrical diagram, selected components, completed the layout, and made the necessary drawings.
In March 2025, the company began the third stage of the project for the digital transformation of water supply systems in Obninsk. It includes the modernization of 34 artesian wells, which are equipped with sets of sensors for monitoring room temperature, flooding alarms, well water level, pressure in the pressure network and control and dispatching cabinets. Upon completion of the well upgrade, operational signals will be transmitted to the Digital Resource Supply platform for performance analysis. This will allow you to accurately identify possible technological violations and prevent them, thus minimizing the disconnection of consumers.
Own production of control and dispatching cabinets in the division is another step towards import substitution. The equipment differs in power and components. It is a difficult task to build, that is, to place different components in the same cabinets, but it was completed. While the system is still being adjusted and its individual parts are being implemented, we plan to complete this process by the end of 2025. Digitalization is aimed at improving the efficiency of resource supply systems, but the main thing is the quality of customer service, preventing possible incidents on networks and structures, - said Dmitry Krasheninnikov, director of the Digital Resource Supply project office at RIR. |
