2014: Integration with 1C

On April 10, 2014 "Single electronic trading platform" (Roseltorg.ru) announced integration of an electronic document management system of "Rosinvoice" with 1C.

Using the integration solution process of an execution of the transaction between the customer and the supplier becomes completely automated. Bidirectional coupling between systems allows partners to load freely documentation into "Rosinvoice" and to unload to itself in the accounting system of 1C.

In work with the information 1C Platform of the company often use several types of system configurations. Happens that one configuration is used at the central office, the second - in branches, the third - in separate structural divisions. In addition each organization creates under itself the individual solution for work with program 1C. It requires special settings and changes in a configuration of the accounting system. With respect thereto UEMP developers had to solve a problem of creation of uniform approach to all configurations without exception that each company could use "Rosinvoice" irrespective of the internal settings. The solution was found – integration was carried out at the level of basic software configurations which are uniform in all configurations. It allowed to achieve support of mass loading, signing and sending a document group by the preset criteria. For example, it is possible to select a specific time frame for which line signing will be created.

In plans of the company - to perform a "seamless" data transmission technology between "Rosinvoice" and 1C. It is necessary to solve a problem of emergence of the loaded file in systems - without loading and its unloading on the computer. It is important to achieve maximum efficiency from workflow automation process that it was even more convenient and simpler, and delivery of documents from one system in another was reduced to a fraction of a second, specialists of developer company consider.
