2022: Key Effects of System Implementation

Within the framework of the project, the Company's mobile teams are equipped with mobile devices with special software, which makes it possible to use automated means of planning and monitoring work, remote issuance of tasks for mobile devices, as well as paperless execution of the necessary work permits using an electronic signature. With the help of a mobile device, it is possible to photograph equipment defects and quickly post information about them in the database in order to speed up the organization of work on the elimination of defects. Dispatchers and team managers see the location of the teams on an electronic map, which allows emergency applications to be assigned to the teams closest to the place of technological violation.

Key effects of the project implementation (as of July 2022):

• reduction by 30% of time for execution of permits and as-built documentation (reduction of time for execution of work permit from 30 to 20 minutes);
• convenience and reduction of time for recording information on network parameters (defects, etc.) (reduction of time for registration of 1 defect from 15-20 minutes to 3-5 minutes);
• eliminating the time to wait for tasks by receiving online requests for work on mobile devices;
• reduction of working time losses by 15%, elimination of non-production activities.

Due to an increase in the productivity of the technological operations performed, the economic effect of the project in 2021 amounted to 200 million rubles. Read more here.
