2020: Beginning of development of an ACS Samara

The Ruselectronics holding announced on November 27, 2020 State Corporation Rostec the beginning of development of an intelligent system of train dispatching which will allow to increase by 20% capacity of a railway stage during repair work. Tests of a prototype are going to begin in the I quarter 2022. The project is implemented together with Fund of development of the industry.

The hardware and software system which received the name "Samara" allows to automate process of management of train service during repair work with closing of the movement on one of ways – for example, when changing a rail cloth. A system provides an optimal order of the admission of trains on one way of a double-track stage that allows to level losses of capacity of section and to increase the motion speed of trains.

Samara consists of a complex of transceiving devices and the special software. Use of a complex does not provide construction or upgrade of the existing linear constructions of communication.

The system of the movement on signals of traffic lights operating on railway transport requires observance of distance between the trains moving in one direction, multiple to distance between semaphores. Samara assumes installation on semaphores and engines of mobile transceivers using which locomotive crews communicate about the location. Data transmission happens to use of the developed punctures of exchange and radio modems on open radio frequencies 868 MHz.

The software of Samara allows not to maintain distance between structures, multiple to distance between semaphores that condenses a flow of the movement and increases capacity of section.

As a part of Ruselectronics the enterprise is engaged in system development Vega concern - NPP Rubin.

This system allows to fulfill the organization of communication networks and the intercomputer interaction on transport for digital transformation of railway infrastructure. NPP Rubin has experience in plot area of automated control systems, including using production technologies of "smart" production.
