New Trouble Ticket Managment (NTTM) is a fully functional incident management system for communication networks. The functionality of the system provides for the registration of client and network incidents, timing and control over the implementation of work on their elimination, as well as flexible configuration of business processes in accordance with the customer's requirements. Entry in the register of domestic software - No. 12794 of 07.02.2022.

2022: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

Since the beginning of 2022, Rostelecom has registered two proprietary systems, the Unified Integration Platform (EIP) and the New Trouble Ticket Managment (NTTM), in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia.
