  • Cloud telephony from Rostelecom allows to configure and change quickly and conveniently different scenarios of call processing for each virtual phone number that will allow to reduce quantity of the passed calls to zero. Calls, depending on time and calling number, can be distributed between employees or employee groups according to different scenarios.

• Readdressing
  • Depending on settings the call which is left without answer can be readdressed on the mobile or home phone number of the employee according to the configured rules of readdressing.

• Voice menu (IVR)
  • the Voice menu (IVR or the Auto attendant) New telephony – the tool used for a greeting and informing helps to distribute a flow of calls optimum.

• Management of service
