Rubius Project Manager

Rubius Project Manager is a planning module and project managements in composition of management of design data the Pilot: PGS.

The module RPM is intended for project management at the enterprises and the organizations conducting project activity. The module is integrated with a management system for design data the Pilot: PGS, the system interface is complemented with the specialized Planning tab on an equal basis with the tabs "Documents", "Tasks", "Messages". The integrity of a management system for design data and a planning module will allow to increase controllability of the project organization as plans and results are inseparably linked among themselves.

  • Variance analysis of the actual work progress from planned according to the baseline plan of works, timely and reasonable correcting of planned targets.
  • Modelling of solutions and also the analysis of their effects for the project on model for acceptance of the justified management decisions.
  • Maintaining archive of projects and the analysis of experience of their implementation which can be used in other projects.

The module RPM helps:

• construct structure of work breakdown,
• create the project calendar,
• conduct scheduling and make the network diagram of project works,
• calculate labor inputs of work plans,
• find critical a way,
• issue tasks on scheduled tasks in the Pilot:PGS system,
• trace execution of works,
• tracking load of contractors on different tasks and projects,
• export data to MS Project.

The head has an opportunity to work in the module not only with one relevant plan / project, and with a set in parallel of the going or planned activities / projects, a part from which can be crossed in time. At the same time between several projects / plans it is possible to coordinate works and to distribute resources.

The module RPM integrates in itself the user interface, interactive tools and methods of management.
