Run 2010 is a software package that solves the tasks of centralized management of retail chains.

Appointment

The complex will satisfy the needs of a large trading enterprise in terms of automation of the main business:

  • one network enterprise
  • network enterprise, including geographically disconnected units
  • a single company with a number of multi-purpose retail networks
  • multidisciplinary holding, which has retail enterprises to its credit
  • large distributed multi-format network, with various types of trade

Modular structure

The modularity of software solutions and the low demand for hardware and communication channels allows you to manage retail network facilities:

  • mobile objects of outbound trade
  • autonomous objects of pavilion (stall) type
  • hypermarkets with a hundred thousandth assortment
  • warehouse complexes of various types
  • self-service stores of any format
  • stores of "counter" type
  • boutiques with limited assortment
  • external online stores (integration required)

Management aspect

The Run Retail automation complex covers the management and automation of the business processes of retail chains, including the head office, warehouse complexes and points of sale. If necessary, sufficient automation of additional objects is supported:

  • dedicated production shops,
  • regional management offices,
  • individual metering points, etc.

The complex supports all the main business processes of a network enterprise and partially automates related ones (for example, recording the working time of personnel at facilities with data consolidation and exchange with external systems). If you highlight everyday user retail management processes, you should note the following:

Features

  • Manage assortment matrices. In fact, this is the first visible brick based on the created foundation of the information structure of the enterprise. Adhering to the principle of centralized management of endpoints (warehouse complexes, stores, workshops, etc.), the Run 2010 system allows you to flexibly create and configure a network nomenclature from one to truly unique for each point using centralized or individual principles of classification of goods. Here, if necessary, by setting up excessive parameters of the nomenclature position, the main business rules for the behavior of a particular product on the network are determined: loading into equipment, principles of calculating taxes, names for use in a particular application, compositions (if this is a product not of its own production), expiration dates, movement and orders, stock rates, replenishment, signs of excise taxes, alcoholic parameters and others.

  • Pricing and marketing activity. End Price Management: Pricing and marketing activity management processes are centralized, flexible rules and settlement formulas are set in the Head Office, even if the end price is generated in the store management modules or even the cash register. The capabilities of the marketing activity system allow you to meet the requirements and real fantasies of most marketers: from the simplest fixed discounts to systems of discounts of threshold values of amounts/volumes of checks with printing to the buyer of an individual repeated discount (code barcode with date limit) on the check tape.

  • Electronic document management for commodity movement. Documentary accounting. The Run 2010 complex supports various accounting schemes with any number of legal entities and user deep configuration of relationships of document flow types between legal entities. In fact, this means that at the level of central office settings, relationship rules for movement types and limiting and/or calculation rules within each document are set. Material accounting by zones (departments) within each subdivision, optimized electronic document flow, mechanisms for controlling and closing re-sorting, period closing functions, etc., are also in demand. A necessary and extremely useful function is the ability to maintain supply contracts and product specifications with further impact on other modules of the system. Accounting of deliveries, bonuses and netting, planning and posting of payments, formation of payment documents is carried out. One of the key modules of the complex is the multifunctional mobile workplace of the facility operator: inventory, goods acceptance, price control, etc.

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Inventory Management. The set of modules allows you to quickly and strategically ensure the uninterrupted operation of the trading network, controlling and organizing the necessary replenishment of inventories and movement of goods. Depending on the settings of the system, a flexible scheme is provided from centralized office-based supply management to decentralized decision-making on its own by endpoints. When the Internet portal from the Run 2010 complex is included in the request/order scheme, the possibility of online electronic document flow with the supplier and preliminary coordination of supply volumes is created (in the basic version, this process is provided by the classic method - through mail exchange).

  • Management control and analysis. A variety of analytical and reporting forms on various aspects of the activity will satisfy the specialists of each level of network management. Reports are generated both on the fly and according to data previously calculated by the system. The system uses OLAP technologies of multidimensional reports with the possibility of online parameterization. In addition, IT specialists have the ability to create their own reporting forms on the platform of the Run 2010 complex.

  • Production. Run 2010 allows you to use production facilities both at the level of a specific division, and organize a separate centralized production to meet the needs of the network. The management of recipes/maintenance of ingredient articles with reference to specific articles is carried out centrally. The system implements a multi-stage recipe, supports the production of multi-purpose semi-finished products. As part of the production area, the breakdown templates and processing templates for unrealized products are also maintained.

The integration capabilities of the Run 2010 complex are as extensive as the presented functionality:

The Run 2010 complex is integrated in the basic functionality with 1C configurations to fully meet the needs of business automation, including all related business operations (full accounting of fixed assets, open accounting and tax accounting, final stat. reporting, etc.). In addition, the basic functionality contains customizable data uploads to external systems (including standard 1C solutions and customer bank systems) with the possibility of feedback. Having mechanisms in a standard or modified version, they are also ready for integration with other ERP systems, which allows you to use specialized solutions in each business area with a single control center.

Integration was carried out with most models of trading equipment and technologies on the market: cash registers, weighing equipment, info-kiosks, cash control systems, acquiring, etc.
