2016: Module "Printing of Admissions"

On June 7, 2016 the RusGuard company announced release in release 1.8.0 of software of RusGuard Soft of the module "Printing of Admissions"^[1].

The module is intended for admission printing, both on cards, and on normal paper. By means of the visual designer of admissions and a large number of the preset standard sizes, it is possible to create any design template of the admission.

• Unlimited number of an automated workplace of printing of admissions
• Unlimited number of employees for admission printing
• Support of any USB printers

The module enters as a part of the RusGuardSoft software main distribution kit. The quantity of templates of design of an execution of the admission is licensed, 1 – it is free, is present always.

There was a release of the version of RusGuard Soft 1.7.0

On October 5, 2015 the RusGuard company announced^[2] an exit of release of software of RusGuard Soft 1.7.0]. and its availability to loading.

The main completions of release affected the system of reports, functionality and completely correspond to the product schedules published in August, 2015.

On August 31, 2015 the RusGuard company announced a release of the version of RusGuard Soft 1.7.0.

The main completions of release affected the system of reports and functionality of the time recording (TR). About the most notable changes:

• The full support of installation of the server and the automated workplace RusGuard on Windows 10 is added.
• The algorithm of issue of the rights to operators to access to the Module of reports is changed. All permissions are appointed only means of an automated workplace in the Module of configuring of a system, without the need for additional configuring of user rights of OS of the server, the server of reports now, etc.
• New reports on URV are added: Sheet of T13, Delay, Leaving ahead of time.
• The module of reports is processed. The functionality of preserving of presets (templates of settings) for reports System events, the Sheet of T13, Delay, Leaving is added ahead of time. The quantity of templates of settings for each report – is unlimited. The functionality of a template of settings allows to find and select conveniently necessary users, devices, etc. and to create all list of necessary report settings for further operational use without the need for their repeated exposure.
• The report the Card file of employees, with an output of detailed information on all brought employees is added: Personal data, keys, additional data, photo.
• Absence templates are processed. New parameters of accounting and the summary reduced sheets at the end of the report are added.
• The functionality of search of employees in base was complemented with a possibility of the choice of a search criterion: by unambiguous coincidence or partial.
• For text boxes in a card of the employee the functionality of use of transfers for optimal formatting of information is added.
• Configuring of the ACS-103 controller is complemented with an opportunity to use an input Blocking for a door, * Abnormal opening for a tourniquet, Control of an additional payment of protection for a tourniquet, etc.

Developers stated that this version of the RusGuardSoft 1.7.0 server works only with MSSQL Server 2014.

Updating of summer of 2014

The main added functionality:

• Module of integration into the ISS video system. The functionality of the module of integration allows to build in the ISS system a complete tree of the equipment RusGuard for manual and automatic (on means of reactions, scripts and macro instructions) managements of it of the ISS system. Any events from the RusGuard system for archiving and their further processing, for example, of reproduction of the connected video fragments of historical records can be transferred to ISS;
• The integration module with RPE the Race car is finished. The RPE Bolid driver in connection with release of the new transformer C2000-PP of beliefs is processed. 1.2. The main configuration recommended for implementation: C2000M panel of beliefs. 2.06, S2000-PP of beliefs. 1.2kh. The updated firmwares for the C2000M and S2000-PP panel can be downloaded on the website http://bolid.ru;
• Integration into the module "FORMULA: Module "Time recording". Integration about 1C:Enterprise 8". In more detail: http://formula-1c.spb.ru/stb/accounttimework;
• Integration with a feed system of requests and issues of guest and single passes Visitor. In more detail: http://www.grand-prix.ru/solutions/systems/visitor;
• The new module of the time recording (TR) is developed. For employees and employee groups became possible to add working schedules (diagrams for calculation of a worked time and creation in the automatic mode of disciplinary reports). The appointed diagrams can be edited as in the group mode, and to make individual corrections at the level of the employee (for example, connected with business trips, diseases etc.). Working schedules can be created as manually, and using the automatic mechanism of presets;
• New templates for the module of reports;
• The feature for configuring and work with electronic locks with the built-in readers is added;
• Functionality of setup of a chain 'Manual blocking' for controllers. At violation of a chain the access point is blocked, pass is possible only according to cards with certain rights;
• The functionality of setup of a chain 'External permission' for controllers is added. It is applied to confirmation of the right of pass through access point, for example, by the operator, other system, etc.

RusGuard Soft of beliefs. 1.3.0

Release of the software of RusGuard Soft of beliefs. 1.3.0 took place on February 10, 2014. Distinctive feature of new software – integration with the cloud service of RusGuard Cloud created based on reliable and functional Windows Azure technologies.

Possibilities of a cloud service of RusGuard Cloud:

• It is possible to obtain remote access to the ACS servers and all necessary information from any place in the world, there is enough only connection to the Internet;
• Possibility of creation of distributed systems through the Internet without "straight lines external" the IP addresses;
• Information transfer is performed by means of the encoded connection (support of SSL of enciphering for all communications);
• The RusGuard Gloud service and software of RusGuard Soft are absolutely free for users of the RusGuard ACS.

The additional functionality added in new release of software of RusGuard Soft:

• The settings of the module of photoidentification allowing to hide personal data of employees and to display only the corresponding event and a photo are added;
• The feature for preserving in the file of photos of employees from a personal card is added;
• In properties of employee groups the field of display of number of employees in group is added.

As well as earlier, the complete set of software of RusGuardSoft is delivered without restrictions on:
